Requirements for Registered Voters:
- Complete an Absentee Ballot Application

- Absentee ballots are available 46 days prior to an election
- Voted absentee ballots must be received in our office (not postmarked) by election day.
Requirements for Non-Registered Voters:
- Included with your absentee ballot materials will be a voter registration application
allowing you to register and vote. The completed voter registration application
must be returned with your voted ballot.
Requirements for Uniformed & Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA):
- Complete a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).
- Mail, fax or email the completed form to our office.

- Military personnel, their families, and citizens living outside the United States
(including Canada and Mexico) may have application requests submitted by the
voter, voter's parents, spouse, sibling, or child over the age of 18 years.
