eRecording is for the use of attorneys, title companies and businesses for submitting documents for recording.

Starting Out

1. The Business will need to establish an account with a Trusted Submitter and will need a computer with high-speed internet access along with a scanner.
2. The Trusted Submitter will charge a fee for each document recorded. Yellow Medicine County charges no additional fees for eRecording documents.
3. These Trusted Submitters are recognized by the Minnesota Electronic Real Estate Recording Commission (ERERC). Yellow Medicine County cannot recommend or endorse any trusted submitters.
