The property records division is responsible for the acceptance and recording of all legal documents in Yellow Medicine County, including but not limited to Deeds, Mortgages, Easements, Tax Liens, Judgments and other various real estate records.

 

Vital Statistics
The Public Services division is now responsible for maintaining all Vital Statistics Records consisting of birth, death and marriage documents and registers all Notary Public Commissions and Ordination Papers.  Click on the above link for more information.
