Property & Public Services

Property & Public Services was created through a reorganization plan implemented in November 2011.  This new design combines three county departments into one - Public Services (formerly Auditor/Treasurer), Property Records (formerly Recorder) and Property Assessment (formerly Assessor).

Our department is responsible for a wide range of services relating to land records, property assessment, taxation, elections, vital statistics and non-motor vehicle type licensing.  The divisions, with their respective managers, are listed below.  More detailed information is listed on each of the areas web pages and can be accessed by clicking on the division name.
